In June 2009 the two former divisions of Vogelbusch GmbH, Biopharma and Biocommodities, have been demerged into independent companies. The entire operation of the Biocommodities division including all employees was transferred to the new Vogelbusch Biocommodities GmbH, which is wholly-owned by Vogelbusch GmbH.
