 In-house laboratoriesOur R&D activities are based at our in-house laboratory and pilot scale facilities, but are often carried out in cooperation with universities. Work performed internally includes:
The analytical work required for all process stages (raw material, process and end product analysis) is performed at our labs. Raw materials are tested for suitability for planned fermentation processes and are optimised in-house. Test series are carried out in the laboratory fermenters to validate design data. The equipment is used to process materials from fermenting mash into end products of the specified quality.
