The technology adopted for final processing of fermentation products depends on the type of end product involved and the quality required. Vogelbusch has innovative processing technologies to meet all its clients’ needs. We offer:

• Precipitation and decomposition processes of the sort typically used in the production of citric acid, crystalline glucose and gluconates;
• Crystallisation, separation and decantation processes, used to clarify fermentation solutions (or harvest the end-product in the case of yeast);
