Im Verfl\u00fcssigungsschritt werden die langen Ketten der St\u00e4rkemolek\u00fcle in kleinere Fraktionen (Dextrine) gebrochen. W\u00e4hrend der Verzuckerung werden einzelne Glukose-Monomere aus St\u00e4rke oder Dextrinen freigesetzt. Eine weitere Art von Enzym wird verwendet, um Maltose aus Dextrinen zu gewinnen.<\/p>\n<h5>Anwendungen<\/h5>\n<p>Das entstehende Hydrolysat kann<\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>als Ausgangsmaterial f\u00fcr die Herstellung von Alkohol, Hefe, organischen S\u00e4uren und anderen Fermentationsprodukten dienen<\/li>\n<li>in spezifische St\u00e4rkezucker wie Dextrose-Anhydrat \/ Monohydrat \/ Glukosesirup, Hochfruktosesirup und Maltodextrin umgewandelt werden<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p>Aus seinen eigenen Technologien verf\u00fcgt Vogelbusch \u00fcber breites Fachwissen im Einsatz von Verfl\u00fcssigungs- und
