Dazu wurde die Sporenanzucht angepasst und die Fructoseverwertung in der Fermentation optimiert.<br \/>\nDie Anlage hat eine Tageskapazit\u00e4t von 36,5 Tonnen hochwertiger Zitronens\u00e4ure (CAM, CAA, Trisodiumcitratdihydrat).
