Der Kunde forderte eine besonders hohe Alkoholqualit\u00e4t: organoleptisch, analytisch, insbesondere aber hinsichtlich der Methanol-Abscheidung.<br \/>\nVOGELBUSCH w\u00e4hlte als Anlagenkonzept sein dampfsparendes MultiPressure Mehrdrucksystem f\u00fcr die neu zu errichtete Destillations\/Rektifikationsanlage mit einer Kapazit\u00e4t von 62.000 Liter pro Tag (Harbin I). In einem zweiten Schritt wurde eine bereits bestehende Destillationsanlage auf eine Tageskapazit\u00e4t von 140.000 Liter erweitert und auf den modernsten Stand der Technik gebracht. Sowohl in Bezug auf Alkoholqualit\u00e4t als auch auf Reduktion des Energieverbrauches wurden hier Standards gesetzt, die auch f\u00fcr Europa richtungsweisend sind (Harbin II). Als drittes Teilprojekt wurde von VOGELBUSCH eine Molsieb-Dehydrierung zur Verwertung des technischen Alkohols zu dehydrierten Feinalkohols (10.000 Liter pro Tag) errichtet (Harbin III).<br \/>\nIm Rahmen einer Betriebsumsiedelung wurde die gesamte Trinkalkoholanlage an den Stadtrand von Harbin verlegt, wo die Produktion seit Herbst 2009 weiterl\u00e4uft.
