{"id":563,"date":"2025-12-22T00:00:00","date_gmt":"2025-12-22T00:00:00","guid":{"rendered":"https:\/\/www.vogelbusch-biocommodities.com\/news\/brazil-new-bioethanol-plant-in-south-america\/"},"modified":"2025-12-22T00:00:00","modified_gmt":"2025-12-22T00:00:00","slug":"brazil-new-bioethanol-plant-in-south-america","status":"publish","type":"news","link":"https:\/\/www.vogelbusch-biocommodities.com\/en\/company\/news\/brazil-new-bioethanol-plant-in-south-america\/","title":{"rendered":"BRAZIL: NEW BIOETHANOL PLANT IN SOUTH AMERICA"},"content":{"rendered":"<p>VOGELBUSCH Biocommodities has been awarded the contract to design a corn processing plant with a capacity of 650 m\u00b3 \/ day for the Brazilian ethanol producer Agricola Alvorada S.A.<\/p>\n<p><strong>Focus on Energy Optimization<\/strong><\/p>\n<p>A key focus of the design of the ethanol plant is energy optimization, along with measures aimed at enhancing efficiency, including a high level of automation in line with Vogelbusch\u2019s standards, which reduce production costs and minimize consumption figures.<\/p>\n<p><strong>Production of DDGS<\/strong><\/p>\n<p>The plant will separate corn oil, and the de-oiled concentrated stillage will be dried together with the decanter cake to produce DDGS.<\/p>\n<p><strong>Project Contract Details<\/strong><\/p>\n<p>Vogelbusch provided the Basic Engineering package and the Detailed Piping Engineering package and encompasses supervision installation, erection, and of start-up, technical services, and the supply of proprietary equipment.<\/p>\n<p><strong>Current Status<\/strong><\/p>\n<p>Currently, our colleagues are on-site, and the commissioning phase has already commenced.
