BREMOFERM® is a special mixture of vitamins, minerals and other nutrients, which is selected depending on the type of raw material used. Glucose, the indispensable sugar source for vinegar fermentation, is added directly on site, which explains the low caking properties of the nutrient.
To prepare a nutrient solution, BREMOFERM® is mixed with glucose in a ratio of 1: 2 and dissolved in filtered vinegar. This solution is then added to the fermentation mash.
